Srini Anand serves as Principal Data Scientist and leads the AI Acceleration Center of Excellence (CoE) at Illumination Works, where he drives enterprise adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and approaches. With more than 25 years of experience, he has built and led high-performing multidisciplinary teams that deliver trusted, mission-focused solutions enabling organizations to accelerate decision making, improve operational effectiveness, and realize measurable business value. Srini specializes in translating complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, advanced analytics, and data management.
Throughout his career, Srini has successfully led large-scale programs across commercial and public-sector organizations, including renewable energy, commodity trading, e-commerce, travel and transportation, and the Department of War. As a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders, he is recognized for aligning technology with organizational priorities to drive sustainable growth, mission success, and competitive advantage through digital transformation initiatives that balance innovation, governance, and operational excellence.
As the leader of Illumination Works’ AI Acceleration Center of Excellence (CoE), Srini drives the organization’s enterprise-wide AI adoption and serves as a catalyst for innovation across all practices and business divisions. The CoE brings together technologists, business leaders, and AI advocates from across the organization to accelerate the adoption of AI and embed AI-first thinking into how the company delivers value to clients and operates internally.
Srini partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to cultivate an AI-first culture by increasing AI fluency, expanding organizational capabilities, and enabling teams to reimagine how work is performed through the effective application of AI. Through the establishment of reusable frameworks, best practices, workforce development programs, and governance models, Srini is helping institutionalize AI as a core organizational capability. His leadership is accelerating the firm’s transformation into an AI-enabled enterprise while empowering teams to work more effectively, make better decisions, and deliver greater value to clients and stakeholders.
