Samantha is the Director of Contracts at Illumination Works. Samantha brings several years of experience in contract management, negotiation, compliance, and risk mitigation. In her role, she oversees the full contract lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership, legal, finance, and delivery teams to support sound business decisions and successful client engagements. She is committed to building strong relationships, ensuring contractual excellence, and enabling the organization’s continued growth through thoughtful, strategic contract oversight.

Samantha is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. A recipient of ILW’s 2024 Rising Star Award, she combines expertise in contract management, human resource management, intelligence, and linguistics, bringing a broad and well-rounded perspective to her work.
