Proven Leadership, Measurable Results. Jason brings more than 25 years of leadership in consulting with DoD and State customers, spanning growth strategy, business development, operations, program delivery, and enterprise modernization. He has helped small and large companies achieve and sustain double-digit growth, expand their defense portfolios, and secure major federal contracts. His experience includes building consulting practices, developing industry partnerships, and leading successful pursuits supporting transformation, enterprise data strategy, and ERP modernization.
Known for building high-performing teams, cultivating executive-level customer relationships, and driving sustained growth, Jason combines strategic business leadership with firsthand military experience. A U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, he began his career as an Air Force officer and retired from the Air Force Reserve as a lieutenant colonel. His customer-focused approach and deep understanding of mission priorities position him to accelerate ILW’s defense growth strategy, strengthen its competitive position, and create lasting value for customers and employees.

As Director of Defense Growth, Jason will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding ILW’s presence across priority DoW accounts. Jason will focus on accelerating growth by aligning customer priorities and mission needs with the company’s expertise in data, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and digital modernization. Working closely with ILW’s leadership and technical teams, he will identify new market opportunities, strengthen relationships with government customers, and cultivate strategic industry partnerships that expand ILW’s presence across the defense sector.
Central to his approach is connecting business strategy with technical innovation, bringing together the right people, capabilities, and partnerships to address complex defense challenges. By leveraging ILW’s proven capabilities and emerging technologies, Jason will help translate growth opportunities into practical, mission-focused solutions that modernize government operations, improve decision-making, and enhance mission readiness. His leadership will also support ILW’s long-term growth strategy by expanding its reach, strengthening its competitive position, and creating new opportunities for the company and its people.
