ILW was the first place I’ve worked that truly embraced new ideas and encouraged thinking outside the box, which has allowed me to flourish as an employee here. ILW really puts the employees first, allowing us all to have some vested ownership over our work, even when on client-facing projects. Having started at ILW four years ago, this company and its leaders have shown that they embrace internal advancement and helped me grow into this new position; first through professional growth as a data scientist, then as a leader of projects, and now as a director. I have never worked with a smarter and more collaborative group of people in my career, and I am honored to be able to continue working with this amazing team.
