The Department of the Air Force has awarded the Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to LifeCycle Solutions JV. SBEAS is a 10-year, $13 Billion, multi-award IDIQ contract supporting IT services, solutions, systems, software, environments, and infrastructures.
Lifecycle Solutions JV is uniquely positioned to help the government bridge the gap from legacy tools to modern technologies and frameworks for the next generation of IT—providing services and solutions for lifecycle software development and support, big data, predictive analytics, system modernization, internet of things (IoT), mobile, cybersecurity, cloud computing, augmented/mixed/virtual reality (AR/MR/VR), and agile methodologies.
Lifecycle Solutions JV was formed between Illumination Works (ILW) and DSD Laboratories in June 2017 with the purpose of merging high quality, complimentary capabilities to provide unmatched, value-add lifecycle services and solutions to the government. Combined, ILW and DSD Labs bring 40+ years of experience partnering with the Air Force to solve pressing problems. DSD brings significant experience in IDIQ management, systems sustainment, and cybersecurity—all areas that are complimentary to ILW’s core focuses of agile, data analytics, and software development.
DSD Laboratories graduated from the small business program and brings a wealth of winning technical qualifications, certifications, and proposal skills to the JV. DSD provides best-of-class high-end information systems solutions and support services and is serving as a mentor to ILW.
