Camera-Based Supply Chain Insights
Customer Challenge
A large distributor was experiencing data pipeline issues with their supply chain warehouse camera system and desired an upgraded system.
Innovative Solution
Illumination Works worked with the retailer’s camera loss prevention team to debug and provide a fully functioning application with corrected camera-to-product mappings. By synchronizing with the warehouse management system, the camera system can quickly audit correct product movement and track warehouse-to-truck movement by product. In addition, Illumination Works conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current software, existing camera system, and desired new camera system to determine the project’s readiness to progress and modified the application to support the multiple camera system.
