The Air Force requires a digital transformation solution to empower Program Management Offices in acquisition life cycle management by consolidating, curating, and crosslinking source documents feeding the myriad of reports, reviews, and milestone requirements within the DoD weapon system life cycle. Presently, developing and managing milestone documentation is time- and person-power intensive, with limited enabling technologies to assist.

Illumination Works is developing our artificial intelligence (AI)-driven Odin™ solution for Acquisition Milestone Documentation Automation (Odin-AMDA) to apply intelligent curation and data fusion techniques to organize and rapidly link documents to their role in milestone reports/activities. The Odin-AMDA human-machine teaming interface provides users a single location for collaborative development of milestone documents, with initial content autogenerated via AI and supplemented by a human-in-the-loop. The interface also serves as a program management tool, delivering intuitive visualizations for understanding program health, monitoring and versioning data, and managing users.
